    Yes, we sell directly to the consumer through this website.
  •   Is there any reason why your furniture is so inexpensive ?

    Because we import directly ourselves and sell to you the customer directly, we carry the furniture in our warehouse. We are NOT a broker so you get the best possible price and quality furniture. The savings are over 30% off retail prices.
  •   Can I see the furniture in person ?

    No problem, you can come and visit us in Quebec City and enjoy our city at the same time. All our furniture can be viewed in our showroom.

  •   Why should I buy through MY COUNTRY FURNITURE online ?

    Our goal is to provide you with high quality products at a fair price. We work closely with our customers to ensure that they have a great shopping experience.
  •   Do you accept credit cards ?

    Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
  •   Do you accept other methods of payment ?

    Yes, we accept checks, money orders and cash, checks will be held until the funds clear our account.
  •   Do I have to pay sales tax ?

    All Canadian customers are required to pay the appropriate sales tax of their respective provinces.
  •   I am ready to place an order, what do I do ?

    You can use our online shopping cart by selecting the items you desire and "add to cart" and proceed through the check out. You are also welcome to e-mail us or contact us by phone.
  •   Do I get an Order Confirmation ?

    After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order please contact as soon as possible either by phone or email. Be sure to include your email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.
  •   Is your shopping cart secure ?

    MY COUNTRY FURNITURE uses high security encryption to ensure your safety; you can be assured that communications between your computer and MY COUNTRY FURNITURE are private and secure.
  •   Are the colors and finishes accurate ?

    MY COUNTRY FURNITURE does it’s best to ensure that the colors are accurate but imperfections or variations in the grain, color or sheen may occur naturally in wood.
  •   Are mattresses included in bedroom sets ?

    Sorry, we do not sell mattresses.
  •   What materials are used in the different Collections ?

  •   How much is shipping ?

    All prices include basic home delivery. Our other shipping options are well explained in our shipping policy.
  •   I only need the furniture at a later date, can the delivery be delayed ?

    Sure, just contact our office to go over the details of your order.
  •   Do I need to assemble the furniture ?

    Most of the furniture we ship is already assembled. Beds and tables are the items that normally require basic assembly. Drawer hardware such as knobs normally ship inside the drawers.
  •   Will I be contacted before the delivery ?

    The freight carrier will call you prior to make an appointment.
  •   Do we have to be there for delivery ?

    All deliveries will require that an adult be present to help unload (curb side delivery), inspect and sign for the shipment. Under no circumstances can the items be left outside of the house or apartment unattended unless your order ships with a small parcel carrier such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.
  •   What is the return policy of MY COUNTRY FURNITURE ?

    All returned items must be in their original packaging, including instructions, parts and internal packaging. Items must be in resalable condition, and will be subject to a restocking fee. Do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning; assembled furniture cannot be accepted under any circumstances. No orders will be accepted back without prior authorization by MY COUNTRY FURNITURE. The refund for your order in the full amount less all delivery charges and a 20% restocking fee will be processed after the item is received back at the warehouse.
  •   What is your cancellation policy ?

    Generally your order is picked up by the freight carrier within one to five business days upon notification we have "scheduled to ship". If you contact us prior to shipment, your credit card charge can usually be reversed with no restocking fee or penalties with the exception of custom orders. We will not charge a fee on cancelled orders that have not been processed! All orders are normally processed within 48 hours. A restocking fee will apply after this time frame.
  •   Is my purchase protected by a warranty ?

    Our furniture is covered for one full year starting the day you receive your order.
